I wish My apartment complex didn't use this app, it's absolutely awful, constantly crashing, you try to sign in and it'll fail to load and take you back to the sign in page. or it will randomly just take you back to the sign in page even when it loads properly. Is not user friendly, impossible to navigate and view past and recent payments or bills due. They really should give up on this app.

Worked for a little. Now it keeps you logged out not matter if you request to stay logged in. Freezes up constantly. When trying to log-in it will either divert you and make you re-enter everything, or says there is and error try again later. Wish my apartment complex used something else! It was better before it was switched to this platform. if you click the messages or any links in the app it takes forever to load if your luck and it does not crash. Needs fixing ASAP!

The rewards and credits for travel and home services, they are supposed to be convenient but I haven't been able to use my travel credit or the services credit, with the Amenify subscription. The TLC website is very tricky and I have not been able to use my credits at all. I have spent so much money on hotels due to apartment repairs constantly. I am behind on all my other bills and this is all inconvenient for me all the way around it's costing me more money.
